Israeli officers share best practices in responding to new and growing public safety threats
A call about a possible suicide attempt Sunday lead Doraville Police to a marijuana grow house that contained more than 400 plants worth about $2.5 million.
Two suspects have been charged after the third was fatally shot by a resident during a home invasion early Tuesday in Doraville, police said.
Doraville Police Dept. of Doraville Ga. has been awarded a public safety partnership grant totaling $10,000 from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) in Atlanta.
On December 16, 2011, throughout the day, the Doraville Chick-fil-A on Buford Highway will be donating 20 percent of all sales to the Detective Shane Wilson Memorial Fund - a college fund set up for Detective Wilson’s young son, Liam.
An Atlanta firm recently installed 72 solar panels at the Doraville police station, designed to conserve both money and energy.
