Group hosting National Night Out in Doraville
The Northwoods Neighborhood Watch is hosting a National Night Out event for the city of Doraville early next month.
Residents can attend the free event, part of a show of force across the country, to meet with local police and political leaders. The event also will feature food and entertainment.
The event – billed as a going away party for neighborhood crime and drugs -- runs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 3 at Brook Park.
